Most people suddenly can’t stand the success of others, so they adopt that “snakelike” mindset and philosophy – to squeeze the life out of you because suddenly your vision scares the heck out of them.

Many did not like Dr. Martin Luther king Jr. in his day. His life was squeezed out of him at the age of 38. Now a street in every major city seems to now bear his name. After his death he has suddenly been transformed into a hero, an honor withheld during his lifetime. Why? Mainly because they don’t want your dream to someday turn into reality.

THE HOLLYWOOD SHUFFLE

I first met her in one of my acting classes in Hollywood. Let’s call her Debra for the sake of her identity protection. Debra hails from Texas and possesses an amazing acting ability. We’d had the opportunity to work on several scenes together in class. Her acting skills are in the top 20%.

I’ve watched as our coach groomed her for stardom, with everything from the way she dressed, wore her hair, shopped for an agent and much more.She became transformed, and not only did she land a reputable agent but acquired the look of a bankable actress.

Debra soon stepped into mainstream and landed a re-accruing lead role in a TV series. With screen tests completed and everything set and ready to go for the shoot on Monday, she glowed with expectancy. Here’s a copy of the email she sent me. I’ve edited out the name of the show and the network…

FINDING THE OASIS
